  1. hi, i can NOT connect my eos 7d to my computer. i use the standart firewire-usb connection cable but computer does not see the camera at all. (EOS utility 2.8.1 is already installed on my pc)
    when i try to connect my friend's eos 7d, it works perfectly so i know there is nothing wrong with my computer or software installed or the connection cable.
    may it be my camera's firewire socket is not working?
